ARBA Reg. Rabbitry # C380
I am a youth and I have had a small rabbitry in Maryland, since 2009. I raise Blue Satins. I raise my rabbits & for 4-H and ARBA shows. The rabbits are my pets before they are show or breeding animals.
I am also a beekeeper, raising Honey Bees. I enjoy informing the public about how gentle Honey Bees are and how necessary they are for our survival. If you have bees to remove or spot a swarm, please call a beekeeper to get them. You can also contact your local extension office and they will direct you. Maryland State Beekeepers or Delaware Beekeepers Assoc websites can help too. See my Apiary page for more details.
I enjoy woodworking, making pens, pencils, bottle stoppers, keychains, vases, bowls, puzzles and scroll saw work etc with my Grandfather. Please visit the Crafts page for a few of the items we have designed or visit our website. I have even had requests for Pens with a Pen Box as Awards (BOB) and scrollwork for awards too. I even helped build the outdoor stacker hutches that my Mom designed for the rabbits. I won Champion this year at MD State Fair with a Pheasant scroll saw design, 1st for a Walnut/brass Candlestick that I turned with a lathe & 2nd for a Rabbit puzzle out of Pine. I also donated a guinea pig scroll saw design to ACBA for it's raffle. I won National Division Champion for 2013 ARBA Convention for a Rabbit scrollwork design in Birds Eye Maple over all the Educational exhibits.
I also enjoy photography and from time to time will have prints for sale. Contact me for information. I won Champion with a black and white sunflower bud at my County Fair, 1st place with a MD picture of a bee & Black Eyed Susan, 1st place with a black & white Egret. I also placed 1st & 2nd in the Educational Division for 2013 ARBA Convention.
Thank you for stopping by and having an interest in my rabbits and my other hobbies!
